Self-Care is not just facials and spas. There are so many areas of Self-Care that is not taken into account sometimes. People get caught up on the physical most of the time.
In this post, Emotional self-care will be discussed.
What is emotional self-care?
We all have emotions, as youngsters we develop these. However, when we get older, trials that life brings no longer allows us to feel them and not be a target for doing so.
As adults we learn to bottle up our emotions and not let them be felt or shown out of fear of judgement.
Allowing yourself to feel the emotions that arise for what they are is a big step in the right direction when it comes to emotional self-care.
Still need a little more clarification?
